Future Mayor's ray gun can not change any one except for the mafia members. Future Godfahter's ray gun can change anyone except the orginal "good" roles and altered roles for the Town.
A ray used on an opposing team will result in the ray failing.
Also I'll be throwing in the neutral roles as well as the mafia and townie roles. They will belong to any team that altered them.
