Well, regardless of Same's silly claim, I have a pretty good hunch that either Parker or my informant is a mobster.

I'm planing on instalynching Parker if elected mayor, unless someone can convince me otherwise and if he turns out to be innocent, I'll know that my informant is guilty.

Alright, so Kroatz is forging quotes. That is very dishonest, this is either a sign that a person is a mafia…or they sympthisize with Mafia. So, Kroatz, could just want chaos, and seeks to cause it, so that it will be more exciting to him.
