Fairly simple. The first poster gives a quote from a movie, and the next poster has to guess where it's from. It can be a one-liner, or a long one.

Note:
- Please use fairly recognizable quotes/movies, mm'kay? Don't use some quote that's so obscure that no one can figure out where it's from.
- Make sure your quote is accurate, not just a paraphrase. Again, this is just to make it easier for others to figure out.
- As tempting as it may be, don't just Google the quote you're trying to figure out unless you absolutely have to. After all, what fun would it be?

Have fun! I'll go first.

Okay, I just went through google and went through a couple of movie quote databses and apparently your quote does not exist. Either that, or it's just too unrecognisable. In any case, I'll just continue the game.

"Just don't go crying to mommy when I spank you in front of all these people"
"Don't you go crying to daddy when I mop it up with your face!"

And before anyone asks, yeah those two lines are one after the other from the same movie

Aw, and it's one of my favorite quotes. :S (It's from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, BTW.)

Dodgeball.

That could be several movies, but from the pauses I'd say that must be that Don't be a Menace etc etc spoof movie.

Here's one from The Wall:

I think you missed the point of the game. You're not supposed to just post a movie quote for they hey of it, you're supposed to post one and leave the next poster to guess what movie it's from. So, to say "oh, hey, this one's from The Wall!" totally kills the point of the game.

"Why is there a watermelon there?"
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension. Sorry, I had to look this one up. I'm familiar with most 80's movies, but I've never heard of this one. D:

What?! Look it up!? I am disappointed.

Your quote is from one of the funniest movies ever made, Raising Arizona.

"Come, Father… Let us embrace at last."

Eee…. Is that Epic Movie? (*resorted to searching google*. I SUCK at this)

I'll leave you with two - one more modern, and one older. The first one ought to be easy - the other one is a slightly more obscure quote (but from a very, very famous old movie).

"We can't stop here! This is BAT COUNTRY!"

and

"They've been making statues for some two thousand years, and I've only been collecting for five."

The first one is from "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas", and the other is from "Citizen Kane". (And I didn't say this before, but try to use only one quote at a time. It just helps make things easier.)

Hmm, let's see…

"Hello, Doctor. I hope you don't mind; I took a few of your groovy painkillers. I'm just enjoying some of your greatest hits here. Oh God, this is excellent! Oh, bravo. Bra-f*cking-vo!"

That's definitely "Rat Race", one of my personal favorite movies.

And Insanity, you're forgetting that you have to guess what the quote from the person above you is from, not just post your own quote, so I'm using my same one:

"Hello, Doctor. I hope you don't mind; I took a few of your groovy painkillers. I'm just enjoying some of your greatest hits here. Oh God, this is excellent! Oh, bravo. Bra-f*cking-vo!"

That's that wacky movie Face Off.

"Why am I wearing the watermelon on my feet?"

(yes, another watermelon one. I don't know why.)

Alrighty then, it's Ace Ventura: Pet Detective!

"We all need mirrors to remind ourselves who we are. I'm no different."

(no watermelons this time… couldn't think of another movie that had them)

Actually, no. That's from the Weird Al movie UHF. Supplies! lol!

I have no idea where that water barrel quote is from. Sounds kind of like the "How Not to be Seen" bit that Monty Python did.

I was actually thinking that, too. But then I figured that since it wasn't from a movie, then surely not…
