I missed III, IV, V, VI, VIII, and IX.In all honesty, I'd go as far as saying it is the single greatest modern game I have ever played. Better than FF XII, better than Ratchet and Clank, better than Zone of The Enders (1 and 2), better than Phantom Hourglass.
I've played IV, and seen a lot about the other ones. The 2D ones are basically the same as each other just with different storylines, which I don't mind since I'd still be playing FF I if it was long enough. The 3D ones are all basically VII with different storylines, and yet again I don't mind since I'd still be playing VII if it was a bit longer.
And I've SEEN the reviews for Okami. I've also seen the reviews for Halo, which were BETTER than the reviews for Okami, and you KNOW how I feel about Halo.
Okami just doesn't interest me. It has the ONLY kind of graphics that I ever think can detract from a game, and the entire premise just sounds stupid. I'll play it if I ever get a chance to borrow it from someone or something like that, but I'm not buying it.
Treat yourself.
The only negative things I can find about it are ever so slightly long loading times and the fact that its pretty easy (still, I think I did it in about 72 hours)
Buy it, I'm telling you, Merrys telling you, Dragons telling you, Zeros telling you, Kittys telling you. You wont regret it a single bit.
