Perhaps it is old news, but Nexon has sent a C&D letter to BannedStory; basically a program that lets you put together MapleStory character sprites like a dress up game. You can read about it here:

There is already a petition out there for it, but the language is SO weak and unintelligent, that I decided to create my own. The other one basically said, "we have a right to animate the sprites, you suck." Yeah, seriously.
