problem with updating

for some reason when i update my comic all i get is a small square with two other squares in it. is where anyway to fix this. i cant update it will i fix it.

Yes, we know, look at the news posts.

Anyway, this is NOT the right place to post this. Look at the forums and you'll see the Helps section AND the bugs sections clearly marked and explained.- With lots of posts about this very issue in them.
