Pretty much all of the DD comics I unfaved are the ones that haven't updated in months. You?

yeah… same here… unless I know the conditions of the non-updating-ness

Same here. I've also faved things before because I intended to read them later (perhaps the page they had up intrigued me, but I didn't have time at the time to read it), but when I actually get down to reading it I find that it's not so good, so I unfave it.

Same. A hiatus is something I hate. Especially right at a climatic moment

If the list gets too long, then I delete.

I unfav comics that I lose interest in or ones that don't update for a long time.

You guys act like every webcomic is going to be around for years, finish its story or become popular as god. Its just not going to happen guys. I'd say 90% of the webcomics end after six months.

That is why it is so much easier to make strips. Then you can leave for a year and come back hahaha

Most of my reasons have been posted here. Something might intrigue me, but I'll lose interest or there hasn't been an update in forever.

I suspect that some people have deleted me off of their fave list after my "hiatus"…xD (If I HAD anyone faving me, that is.)

Load time vs. entertainment value.

One comic I unfaved was an amusing comic, but it was so big & took so long to load that the amusement I got from it wasn't enough.

So note to all webcomicers, Size DOES Matter! ;-)

Switching this over to "Ideas and Suggestions", because it would be a good feature.

Oh, yeah. Brain freeze. I thought people were complaining that they could not delete favorites. I forgot about the little red "x".

moved back.

Since I'm new to DD, I so far haven't had to de-fave anything for lack of updates, but that will be a reason later on, I forsee.

So far I've unfaved one comic, the reason…lots and lots of filler. Yeah, it's great you missed Monday's update, and Fridays, and plan to miss another Monday, but for the love of tacos, please don't load a poorly drawn pencil sketch everyother day to remind me..

I couldn't deal with lots of useless 'sorry' posts with crappy art. I came for a story.

Yeah, you see that a lot in webcomics. You also see a lot of elitism. Thats why most of my authors posts are blank unless I've got something to say, then they go on for twenty miles.

Filler is really annoying. I feel bad because I put a lot of filler into >:0, but then again, I update daily, and I'm not working on a story anyway, so it's not that big of a deal. My fillers are often a chance to show that I can actually sit down and do something more artistically put-together, anyway, so…

yeah. In story comics, filler is annoying :|

If they start sucking, I don't unfav if they having updated cause people do take breaks from comicing, now if its like 12 months or something… I'll delete them.

Same here. however, I would hope people wouldn't unfave me because I hadn't updated in like a month and a half or something like that.

after all, I do have college classes so at times I need to take breaks from comicking or else I feel pretty much burned out creativetly. =\ and trust me, that is NOT a good feeling…

I want my comics to be a fun thing for me, not a chore.

I unfaved several comics today for various reasons:

Some stopped updating.
Some stopped being entertaining.
Some were just a bit sucky.

i've done that. most of the time it's because they dont update anymore. and my list gets too long.

heh… I have a database with screenshots and everything to archive old or dead comics that I used to read. I'm a nostalgia kind of guy, I can't help it.

Locoma, did you read Magiversity? Because the guy who did that lost all his copies in a computer crash.

Sorry, I didn't read that one. Besides I keep mostly information about the comic, not the actual pages.
