Hi :)
I'm I the only one who notices that reading comics on drunkduck has bin nearly impossible lately? It works so slowly that I'm lucky to see the next comic after 20 minutes of waiting.
My connection is supposed to ba fast… hrm… have anyone experienced the same, or should I reformate my pc.. *sigh* :(

I haven't noticed anything like that. it's been fairly decent in loading times for me.

I had some real issues about slowness with DD ever since they put up the new forums… mainly concentrated in the forums and PQs though, not so much a problem when loading comics.

I switched to Firefox when browsing DD and everything works perfectly. :) So it must be a combined DD/IE thing, in my case…

Haa? You want slow, go visit deviantart.
DD is super fast, I view pages in seconds.

the autoplay video commercials on the index page have added a slight delay in the page load time…other than that…
she runs stellar.

I noticed the same thing today. I usually use FireFox but when I'm on my laptop, I use IE. Browsing and sending PQs on DD is super slow for me when I'm on the laptop but after I switched to FireFox, everything was pretty quick. In fact, surfing on the web became faster.

That is indisputable proof of the fox's superiority in all things.

Don't you love the way those random number message boxes pop-up when you click a button to insert italics or something when writing a PQ? :)
Firefox doesn't work %100 with the site yet…

I use IE (Actually, forced to use it) and DD works great, except when it comes to replying.

The trouble there is that while the forums normally display only the last 20 posts, when you reply every single post in the entire thread loads up… That could include over a thoushand posts on some, many with images. That'll tend to slow your browser a little bit. ;)
