Hi everyone.
I was thinking of an idea for a thread.
Now this may have been already done.
And some may think that it might be better on a cooking community webpage…
I like to cook and so does my wife
but I thought to myself, "everyone likes to eat, right?"
so here it is…
The WHAT I HAD FOR DINNER LAST NIGHT Thread.

What I was thinking is people could share recipes of what they cooked last night.
It could be as novice as…
a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to…
spiced lamb shanks with cranberry sauce!!!

But one thing try to keep it to what you had last night.
Not 2 nights ago…
Not 2 months ago…
Not 2 years ago…
Keep to last night.

Here to get us started:

THE IMPOSSIBLE CHEESBURGER PIE
Here's the recipe…I didn't come up with it(It's on the box of Bisquick!)

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Prep Time:15 min
Start to Finish:40 min
Makes:6 servings

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

lol – Wait, did you mean it that way? Because it's even more funny if you didn't.

I had Chinese food delivered, so I had the most typical order-in meal possible.
~General Tso's chicken
~pork fried rice
~pork egg roll
~can of Pepsi
~fortune cookie containing the fortune: "You will learn something new every day."

Omg, I corrupted this into a fastfood topic. Damn my unhealthy ways.

Lol – Wait, did you mean it that way? Because it's even more funny if you didn't.

It wasn't meant like that, I've gotta be more careful what I type in future XD

Turkeyloaf.

It wasn't too bad actually. Ketchup would have been nice though.

Subway!

Subway is awesome. It's an anytime meal!

A Bekefel Burger.

No, you can't know the recipe unless your name is Bekefel or begins with B, K, or E.

Last night wasn't too creative.
We had one of those bag of frozen chinese vetables and sauce and you add the meat.
It was the sesame sauce one.
But when I cook I like to experiment or better the dish with a couple additions.
So last night I took the chicken and pan fried in olive oil and ginger paste.
I then added the bag o' frozen stuff and then added peanut sauce…yum.
Also baked soem frozen egg rolls to complete the chinese dish night.
