You realize there's no penalty against not posting in every single thread, do you? If you keep posting useless stuff that has nothing to do with the thread topic, people will be annoyed, more as they already are. Before you post, decide wether or not it adds something to the conversation, rather than just going 'Yup, he's right' or something. People hate it when they see someone posted, and then they see it was something useless or derailing. I know I do. In fact, I've been staying away from threads you last posted in just to prevent any more derailing.

Why would you willingly install that spyware crap on your computer?

AOL, Instant Messanger. pretty much says it all.
sort of like Yahoo IM.

You get a lot of free crap on top of the messenger.

I lost interest in AIM when the stopped supporting the java AIM Quick Buddy. Quickbuddy was awesome when it worked, no adds, no annoying noises, no away messages. Just pure simplicity.
