He's the shady businessman that you should not trust…Oh don't be so hard on the guy. He's just someone who learned how the wasteland worked and started making lemonade out of his lemons. Like it or not, it's a dog eat dog world and not everyone is cut out to be a wasteland savior. If you don't want to deal with him, just pay the man the caps he's asking for and the info you need is yours. Alternatively, boycott him altogether and hack his computer, even if it costs you some karma.
But how about we stop talking about Fallout for a change? I like that game and all but at this rate we could start replacing the word Mafia with Fallout.
And i think ill play just to annoy Random.
