Cc is a spy and assassin. She's from a much lower class background than Pinky, who she both resents and envies. She also has some German in her, which is interesting because that's one of the countries she's at war against. She's resourceful, ruthless, a good fighter and cares more for the results she wishes to archive than the consequences of her actions.
