Brenton:*they yawn as they woke up*it's fine Violet.*Skitters than jumped on the bed as both parents pat him*
Violet:how was your day Mom and Dad?
Sakura:exhausting. but we're fine now.*they than got up as Skitters was picked up by Sakura.Brenton then stretch as he walked outside*
Brenton:hmm…how about some burgers?
Sakura:alright hon burgers it is.
Brenton:HAH! HIYAH!! KIYEAH!! HWAAAAH!!!! HAAAAAAAH!!!!!*he than repeatively punch and kick the air as Alice watch*
Alice:is everything okay?
Brenton:yeah i just haven't had time to train properly and making up for lost times,
Brenton:*the half breed smiled as he scratch the back of his head*aw really? that's sweet of you to say Alice.*he than kicked the air and then punch it looking ready for anything as he tried to focus*(i gotta be careful the next time i'm on a mission…they can actually hypnotize me now.)*Alice smiled as she watched him fight*
Alice:so how was your mission exactly?
Brenton:uh in 1 word?…eventful.
Brenton:ah! done!*he than jumped up.put his plate away*seriously thanks Sakura.
Sakura:anytime hon.*he than pat his gut feeling full*
Brenton:(ugh what am i gonna do today? after all what happened in the past i think i wanna stay away from Shallot for as long as possible.)
*the half breed went wide-eyed*
Brenton:a-are you sure? i mean what if you fall into the water again or worse?-*Alice kissed his cheek*
Alice:than you'll catch me.
Brenton:well alright.Sakura! Alice and i are going to check out that cave again.
Sakura:alright have fun.*they than walked to the cave as the half breed looked around*
Brenton:(it's still blue and glowy that's for sure.)
Brenton:well anything is possible so sure why not?*they than walked until they reached the end of the cave*(crap…)
Alice:their has to be more then some dead-end.*the half breed leaned on a wall not noticing that he made a glowing phrase that was written there brighten a bit more*
Brenton:i don't know what to tell ya Alice.some things are just meant to stay se-CREEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!….ow!*he accidentally activated what appears to be a secret door as he fell to a different room*
Alice:Brenton! are you okay?!
Brenton:yeah i'm fine i-…whoa. Alice! come down here you would want to see this!
Alice:hmm?*as she slided down she went wide-eyed as what was in front of them was a large catacomb filled with scrolls books ancient Namekian statues and even 2 treasure chests*
Brenton:and if i recall their is actually someone that can read ancient Namekian text.*he than looked at the 2 chests with a questionable look*(did Kami built this cave centuries ago? than what did he put in these 2? stolen loot? it's possible if he built it before he separated from his evil half i guess.)
Alice:really? who!?
Brenton:Mr.Popo! if we can't translate any of these than we'll just ask him.*to his surprise Alice kissed him deeply for a few seconds*
Alice:Brenton you're a genius!*the kiss dazed him for a few seconds before he snapped out of it*
Brenton:wait i am?
Alice:okay lets move the scrolls and books to my lab.
Brenton:r-right!*they than grabbed as many as they could while Brenton used Instant Transmission to teleport them to the lab as Alice quickly opened a book and began to type on a monitor*
Brenton:*the half breed smiled widely*you got it.*the half breed walked to his training room and grabbed lots of snacks.from simple potato chips Pizza cake etc. to drinks such as water bottles and soda/energy drinks.as the Android looked at the half breed in amusement as he carried a big pile*i figured we might have a all nighter so i'm putting Pizza in the fridge and even a water bottle incase you'll get thirsty.
Alice:thanks sweety.*the half breed smiled widely as he chuckled and rubbed the back of his head.Alice than continued to decrypt what word she could as she ate a piece of cake while Brenton was napping on a chair behind her getting a little bored*
*the half breed opened 1 eye as he smirked*
Brenton:what and our picnic under the stars didn't count?
*Alice smiled as she looked at him*
Alice:you can go back to sleep if you want.
Brenton:n-no!*he than rubbed his eye* sorry i just dozed off…but that being said i like seeing you like this so passionate about your work.it's kinda 1 of the reasons why i uh fell for you.*Alice smiled as she blushed while typing on her monitor*so what have you typed so far.
Alice:well…from what i could gather this book here is Kami's journal from when he escaped Namek from a natural disaster.
Brenton:cool!
Brenton:wow!(just imaging what else could be in those books and scrolls is both interesting and scary.)*she than typed some more as Brenton would give her a piece of food or a sip of water when she wanted it.*(gosh i feel like a butler right now.)*a few hours later the sun began to go down as Alice was only half way done with the book*
Alice:i can do this but it might take a bit longer than previously calculated…Brenton?*the half breed shook himself awake*
Brenton:i'm up! *this made Alice shake her head as Brenton laughed awkwardly*
*the half breed smiled as he picked her up bridal style*
Alice:b-Brenton!?
Brenton:what? your body fell asleep so i'll be your legs for a bit.*he than winked at her before she rested her head on his chest*
Alice:thank you sweetheart.*the half breed once again laughed as he blushed lightly*
Brenton:(i'm just glad no 1 is around here but us or this will be embarrassing.)
