Pico:someone is crying out in pain! ugh i can sense it.*suddenly a damaged Riolu jumped and hid behind Pico as a Blastoise with red glowing eyes fired hydro pump making Pico block*everyone scatter!!!*it then fired a ice beam so everyone jumped out of the way*
Sakura:that energy! i've seen that darkness many times before.
Blastoise:RAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGH!!!!*it fists started glowing as it tried hurting the Riolu but Pico dodged it*
Pico:damn it…CALM DOWN!!*Picos fist glowed with aura as he punched the water type into the sea*he'll come back in a minute.*he then fed the Riolu a oran berry*
Riolu:(you are a…aura guardian?)*Pico smiled at the blue pup until Blastoise started glowing as it grew bigger cannons*
Bell:it changed.
Pico:mega evolution?*Pico then walked up to the giant turtle and put his hand on its head*please friend.no need to lose yourself.instead let me find you and help lose this darkness that consumed you.*Blastoise looked surprised at the kind words*please let me help you.
*in the other dimension Brenton went wide-eyed as the energy he sensed felt more clearer.even Ray felt it too.*
Ray:no way!*she smiled in excitement as she ran ahead and hugged Gaia who was washing her face on the river*lady Gaia!
Gaia:hello my precious child.i missed seeing you in person as well.
Apollyn:sweet reunion and all but what was the point of making us walk for ten minutes?*Gaia giggled*
Gaia:i just wanted to have a little fun.i even changed my voice to trick Brenton.
Brenton:very funny goddess.but why are you here?
Gaia:because i missed you all so much.the problem was that i had to build up the energy to teleport through meditation.now come here my child.*she then hugged Apollyn making the ex demon blush*
Blastoice:mmmmm…*watches him with intent*

Squirtle:???squritle!*walks over and apologies to the Riolu*
DP:(what just happened?!)
BP:(if I had to guess,whatever possessed this pokemon forced a rapid evolution and even bypassed the normal rules for a mega form.)
DP:(that's confusing…and concerning that there's a dark energy that can do that.)
Bell:*hugs Pico*Pico that was amazing!!!

Apollyn:I know.*blushes*
Ray:so…is there an actual trial up ahead?
