I ran across this site.

Collective of Heroes

Does anyone know anything about it? I'm looking for a site where superhero comics are emphasized. If so, maybe it would be a good place for my comic.

From a quick look it looks like it's just a portal or promotional group rather than a hosting site…
Basically you join them and you comic is sort of promoted by the group and you in turn should promote the group as well.
I'd say it would be worth joining!
