I am about 177.5 CM and weight about 174pound.Do I have to loss my weight???
(I don't have lot of muscle execpt on my leg.And I am Asian.)

Did someone lose this? Ah! *hands Goholico an item called "weight"…

In all seriousness it's good to lose weight, but if you lose it dramatically it's time to see a doctor. Just something I learned the HARD way (I'm diabetic).
