I've had anxiety for the last month. I just started on Prozac today. What if it not only takes away the anxiety but my crazy too? I don't think I can live without my crazy! Insanity is my life!

Use a shovel. It's easier to control than a chair and the additional leverage lets you get more force behind each whack to the head.
