This is what I wrote to him in his private forum:

"Tell me what you need in a PQ because I won't likley check here again.

The
reason you can't use the same name right now is because deleted comics
are only "soft" deleted, i.e. hidden from public access. There's a bug
that stops us from being able to fully delete comics.

I can easily give a new comic the same name though simply by changing the name of the old deleted comic.

I
advise you to make a new comic with a temporary name, tell me what it
is and then I'll switch that name with the deleted comic! ^_^"

If you can get in contact with him, tell him about that and make sure he contacts me and I'll fix him right up with the name :)

so why did u re-boot the comic ? was there sumthing about it u didnt like or u jusy whated to give it a new look ?
