Brenton:ok everyone as soon as we leave we'll be a prime target for Duskmons forces so i need you to be on your guard.

*Brenton slashed at Weregurumon while Seer striked a blocking Lucemon as Lopmon digivolved to Turuiemon and punched Ogremon*

*the grand cross move knocked Magnamon back to Veemon*

Sakura:look out!*to everyones surprise Sakura pushed Ranamon taking 10 shots to the back as she fell to the ground knocked out.this shocked everyone*
Ranamon/Victorygreymon:s-Sakura?*the fusion split as Brenton glared with fury*

Lopmon:Chrubimon would have done more, but not much. Lucemon is…gifted. Even in his rookie state he'd be able to match my full form. His Chaos mode is said to be only an ultra form, and go head to head with all sorts of digimon even powerhouses like Victorygreymon.
Pixie:Well, he's been beaten before right? how did it happen?
Lopmon:its been a long time and there are so many variations of the story. Some say, it was the Founder of the Royal Knights:Imperialdramon that took him on and sealed him away. Another story says it was 10 Digimon of yore that fought him in battle, with the only two bloodlines of the ancients ones succeeding in combat, that still are around today. They were the Greymons, and Garurumons. Then there are the other unconfirmed stories ranging from the 4 Great Soverigns of the corners of the world to, the OlymposXII doing combat with him.
Elecmon:how do you know about this?
Lopmon:…I have a confession. Im not just an ordinary Lopmon. I carry the data of a Celestial Digimon that existed once ago.
Agumon:wait, if that's true couldn't you warp digivolve right now and cure Sakura super fast?
Lopmon:*sighs*if I was at full strength, perhaps, but im not, plus she's not a digimon so I don't know what effects my powers would have on her.
*back inside*
Ranamon:*sneaks in and looks over Sakura*…stupid…why?*starts to tear up and cries on her bed*Why did you save me?
*Brenton sat down with his legs crossed feeling ashamed as he meditated*

Brenton:if we want to get to that kind of level we'll have to train smarter.Agumon? you and i need to train Salamon.Pixie i want you to work on your data skills.and Seer? until the time is right to use the digi egg? work with coordinating with those "digi modify cards".
Seer:so work with what we're best at?
Brenton:precisely.who knows maybe we are just missing a few digi destins.
Veemon:*Veemon peered through the tent and saw Ranamon crying*(i better distract the others away from this.)so!*he ran back up to them*what's for dinner?
Brenton:the locals are making us soup so nothing fancy.*he took out a bowl and put soft food in it.*this however is for Salamon.

*as Seer grabbed mushroom soup Brenton finished eating it in minutes.that's when a oddly docile Ranamon walked up to him*
Ranamon:s-Sakura is forcing herself awake.she wants to see you or whatever…*Brenton put his hand on her shoulder*
Brenton:thank you.*as he entered the tent he sat down in front of her and they smiled at each other.*hey trooper.i bet you really miss those senzu beans huh?
Sakura:i haven't had back pain like this since 17&18 showed up.Brenton? can you sit next to me?
Brenton:of course.*as he does so Sakura could reach in for a hug*
Sakura:we gotta stop him.
Brenton:i know.just don't hold it against me if i think that you should take it easy after you heal ok?
Brenton:of course.*Sakura smiled as she closed her eyes while cuddling her husband*…hmm?*Salamon walked up to them and slept next to Sakura*(i guess she was worried too.)

Veemon:our leader and OUR partner is obviously not going to be there happy selves when Sakura is healed.i think we should do something to boost their confidence again.

Agumon:i don't know…i think Brenton wanted to train Salamon.
Ranamon:sigh just try to act like everything is normal and show that you rookies can be competent without them for 20 minutes.
*an hour later Sakura woke up and stretched as she sees Salamon sleeping on her lap.so she picked her up and hugged her with a giggle before getting up and walking out of the tent*
Veemon:Sakura! you're ok!
Sakura:*giggles while headpatting Veemon*of course i am silly.*Brenton smiled as he watched the team hug Sakura*
Brenton:*he walked up to them with a BIG yawn*nothing like a nap after a battle.
Salamon:*Salamon then jumped to her papas shoulder*what now papa?
Brenton:we need to prepare for Lucemons attack.so you and i need to bond more so you could digivolve.
Sakura:same goes for you Ranamon.
Seer:*Seer took out his card deck while Pixie nodded in agreement.*we'll do our part too.
Ranamon:I suppose we could spend some time together.
Sakura:*smiles* whatever helps!
Salamon:what will we do? I've never had someone to bond with before.
Agumon:its easy! you just have to trust him.
Pixie:Elecmon, what do you want to bond over?
Elemon:Well, we don't have much in common…why don't you tell me something unique about your world?

*they all began to walk out of the village as Brenton suggested a change of scenery.this leads them to finding a beach*
Sakura:this was a perfect idea Brenton.it's a shame that i don't have my swimsuit though.
Ranamon:so what now?*Sakura grabbed Ranamons hands*
Sakura:let's go for a swim !*she pulled Ranamon and Veemon into the water while Seer sweatdropped*
Seer:w-well time to have fun i guess.
Pixie:that's the spirit! come on Seer!*she giggled as she pulled him into the water with a hug.*

*10 minutes later Salamon happily helped Brenton build a sand castle when suddenly-*

Ranamon:what does this one even do, exactly?
Sakura:im not sure. Do we even know what the significance of these symbols are? I mean, all I know is brenton's represents courage.*at that point the digvice lights up and shows a display*Oh! That helps…
Sakura:*as Sakura got the armor she searched through her digivice*Veemon…you can digivolve using all of these armors!?*she showed him many blank digivolution slots*
Veemon:heh i guess so.
Ranamon:well that's not fair you little blue trump card! what about me!?
Veemon:hey don't glare at me like that! i didn't make those armors you know.
Digivice: Sakura you have unlocked Dephmon the submersive Digimon
Ranamon:well don't get any funny ideas! i'm her ace water spirit.
*Brenton sweatdropped*
Brenton:man she yells alot.
Gatomon:so what now Papa?
Agumon:i'm afraid Brenton has 1 thing on the brain right now.
Brenton:that's not true!…well ok so i was thinking about training.

Seer:a digi egg in the middle of the ocean sure was convient.

Agumon:apparently their Digivices copy attacks too.
Brenton:*Brenton looked at the sky*(i hope you see this Lucemon.because when we have our rematch? you'll PAY for attacking my wife!!!)*a determined
flame was in Brentons eyes*
Gatomon:whoa…*after training Gatomon instantly climbed onto Brentons shoulder as everyone packed up and walked*
Agumon:where to next Brent?
Brenton:we're heading north.i think we can benefit by training in the mountains.my D-tector can locate virus Digimon that we can help them turn back to normal.
Sakura:that's great! That means more allies!
Seer:Just be careful. Not everyone here are good climbers.
Veemon:don't worry Seer, I'll just fly you up if.

Pixie:alright, so mountains. Elecmon, anything to know about these mountains?

Brenton:which means that Duskmon might of already been there and corrupted a few.*as they walked up to the mountain Brenton immediately began to climb with both Gatomon and Agumon n his back*

Pixie:are you ok Seer?
Seer:y-yeah! so far so good.*the teenager smiled sweetly at him before they continue.and as everyone reached the "top" they panted for air*
Brenton:that…sucked.hey wait a minute! *Brenton wagged his finger at Sakura in a comedically annoyed fashion*you didn't climb!
Sakura:*giggles*Ranamon shot Veemon and i up with a geyser of water.
Brenton:good grief…*they then walked until-*get down!*as they hid they saw Ladydevimon ordering around 3 slave digimon Armadillomon Hawkmon and Wormmon*
Pixie:it's that reaper from before!
D-tector: corrupted data found.are we ready to purify?*Brenton looked at the kids and nodded*
Brenton:Sakura you and Seer free the Digimon while Pixie and i distract her.
Sakura:right.*Sakura and Seer hid near the rookies while Brenton threw a rock at Ladydevimon*
Ladydevimon:who dares!?
Brenton:hey old bat! you remember me?*Pixie took out her digivice*AGUMON DATA CHARGE!!*as Agunimon and Leomon appeared Brenton looked at Gatomon* *whispers* "help the others"
Gatomon:y-yes sir.*she then jumped down and hid behind rocks*
Agunimon:we're going to show you what we can really do!*heads up to attack*
Lady Devimon:please. your going to have to try harder than that*fires a burst of negative energy blowing everyone back*
Gatomon:don't worry, Im here to save you.
Wormmon:can you cut through these?
