Brunks:counter magic.i'm gonna teach you basic attack spells and ways to reflect aura and element skills.are you ready?

Ruby:all you have to do is focus and you can make an extension of yourself. you can catch things without it coming close. Also, summon it whenever.
DP:you've put a lot of effort into this.
Ruby:*rubs her stomach* I want these two to know what I know if they ever get into danger. I doubt they will while helping run the planet, but it is tradition for my kin and my kin alone to use these sacred techniques, and you Pico are my kin.

Brunks:*sweatdrops*(something tells me they underestimate him.)it's actually quite simple.you first gather magical energy in the tips of your fingers…grab the spell and simply throw it back.
Shallot:it's that easy?
Zero:yeah that honestly sounds a bit l-
Brunks:*grows a vein on his forehead*who is the magic expert here!? just do what i say and you'll be prepared!*a few minutes later Shallot fired a fireball and watched as Brunks calmly caught it made it stronger and threw it back as Shallot dodged it*

Brunks:not only will this give you more room to fight but you could toss back a stronger version of their attack.ki or magic it doesn't matter.understand?
Shallot:ok you have my attention.
Ruby:do not forget though, you can be as delicate as you are dangerous*picks up one of the slices with the hand and takes a bite.* that is good fruit. Next thing to learn,*raises him with the ethereal dragon claw* another Dragon exclusive. One of my specialties, the dancing wind blades, Rexcalibur!
BP:(doesn't Morphblade have a spell like that?)
DP:(no, your thinking of the magic wind sword technique: Excalibur.)
BP:(ah.)so how does that work?
Ruby:just beat your wings really hard and channel the magic through it.
*it goes quiet between the two*

Ruby:don't worry, I planned for this too.*makes ethereal wings similar to the claws* its an extra step but it works, also you can fly with them. Just be careful, dragon wings don't turn on a dime.
Shallot:if I can catch their magic and smack them in the face with it, this'll will catch him off guard for sure.
Brunks:great now the next spell…
Shallot:Pass.

Shallot:you'd said im learning to counter magic right? in a fight you need to work your hands and mouth. I can already do that with ki and now, toss things that aren't ki back. I'd rather you teach me more techniques that keep me in range of him and outside his casting vision.
Brunks:there are short range spells he could cast too.
Shallot:ok, how would I react to them and counter them then?
Zero:actually, that sounds like a good exercise too.
Brunks:okay, come at me like your going to…zap me. Zero, watch closely.

*as the ethereal wings appeared on Pico closed his eyes as he concentrated*
Pico:REXCALIBUR!!!!*his wings shine brightly as they made him spin in a circle like drill motion and when he was done he flapped in the air before landing*that was…so cool!*Ruby smiled and blushed as she hugged Pico*
