Sideways panels, can I fix them?

I don't know how to fix these comic panels that keep uploading sideways, please help me

Hmmmm… If they're sideways then they would have been sideways in whatever program created them…?
I see, your images are photos…

Be careful when you take the pics to check the orentation.
