San Diego Comic Con International is nearly upon us- so expect to see a bunch of newsposts pop up this week, reminding you about WowioTV, their 'happy hour' evening, and any other comic con stuff Wowio wants to share/promote I guess! This has been a busy summer for news. :]
Randal's bright-coloured, dark-humoured Brick reaches 100 pages on Wednesday!
The following announcement is to be read while listening to Motley Crue's "Girls, girls, girls"
Girls, Girls, Girls! Rival Angels is turning 400 pages old without ever missing an update!
Rival Angels, the #1 wrestling webcomic updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is the story of Sabrina âUltragirlâ Mancini and her three roommates in the fight of their lives as they battle against the best wrestlers in the world. As the girls struggle to get their careers going, they have to contend with professional and personal rivalries while co-existing under one roof.
kyupol's MAG-ISA is at 375 pages! If you didn't check it out when it was featured, or in the top ten, maybe you should do that now?
Last of the Wilds by Hunchdebunch has reached 100 pages! Hunchdebunch is a great gal and you should check out her comics!
Tales of the WHAT by hari hit 50 pages on Monday! I know sometimes 50 pages doesn't look like a lot compared to other numbers we see in the newspost- but it's still a good accomplishment, and I'll have you know that in the last, I dunno, 5 years, I haven't done 50 pages of comics altogether! So kudos to all you folks who are not as lazy as me. :]
Speaking of hari, don't forget that last week I posted up an interview she had done. This is a really good one, and deserves to be read (and commented on, for bonus cool points):
Okay guys, it's been a while, but we've got another DD member interview for you! This one is hari interviewing Air Raid Robertson, and she's done a great job. Fun and different questions, and ARR's answers are great to read!
Let's say you're also allowed ONE character from Air Raid Robertson with you on the island, who'd you bring with you?
Well, Fantomahâs fantastic and nigh-endless powers would definitely come in handy. However, sheâs not exactly the most pleasant person in the world to be stuck on an island with. Also, she may not count as a ride-along since sheâs a public domain character I adopted rather than someone I created all by myself.
I guess Iâll go with Ridley. I always seem to give him a clear head no matter what the circumstances. Plus, he probably also has a lot of survival skills considering the company he keeps.
Then again, Air Raid Robertson has a knack for walking between raindrops and dancing between bullets. One canât overlook that.
