Shadi, the young mother of a newborn baby boy, spends her days in the Village of Horus waiting for her child's father to return. One night during a reunion with her best friend, Kara, Shadi and her baby are followed by a mysterious, cloaked stranger hot on their trail.

Street fighting, historically accurate Egyptian references, and strong women–Egypt's Eighteenth dynasty has never been so kickass!

The art is gorgeous and made up of black and white, full paged comics. The greyscale shading is professional and a lot of attention to detail and research has gone into this story.
