Mary Sue Contest Submissions

I only got two submissions for my contest (thanks a bunch, guys :P) so I figured I would just declare both of these awesome participants my winners!**

KimLuster's comment on a Quackcast prompted this topic, and she perfectly voices her annoyances with the subject in this hilarious comic!

"A few days ago, in the comments following one of the quackcasts, I brought up a Mary Sue test and I griped a bit about how my character Kimber Lee Luster scored rather high on it…I've since concluded it's the Godstrain's fault. I didn't write the character as any sort of idealized version of me or anybody else - any resemblances thereof are the fault of the Godstrain…!"



KimLuster's comic is The Godstrain, a well-written (despite what Mary Sue tests may claim!) and intense comic featuring excellent watercolour art in muted colours!

VinoMas' character Mariy Sue is not only Ms Popular Perfect, she also has some incredible hair!

"Im adding the Mary Sue topic to my comic Confessions of a Paper Doll. Never thought that topic would turn into being so inspirational. I guess paper doll models are kinda the essence of Little Miss Perfect / Mary Sue / Barbie etc"



VinoMas has a number of comics, with the newest being Confessions of a Paper Doll and the most established YOUR CHOICE! Vinomas' art is a really innovative combination of hand-drawn characters, photography and digital elements!
