The Silence of the Lamps has been updating and entertaining Drunk Duck audience members for over two years. This comic is a gag-a-day, single panel comic strip with several stand alone stories. It is the webcomic lover's equivalent to Gary Larson's "The Far Side" comics. An open mind and a vast knowledge of pop culture references is helpful, but not required, to enjoy this wonderful archive of jokes by Zaptoid56.

The art changes styles throughout the course of the comic. Some of the pages are colored digitally while others are in black and white. The art is drawn very stylistically in an original way.
