FEATURED COMIC --> Stick Figure Apocalypse

There is a town called Eau Claire in Northwestern Wisconsin, East of Menomonie, and neighbor to Chippewa Falls. Fresh in recent history, the Stick-Figure Apocalypse is a journal comic that began at the start of the global pandemic of 2020 and serves as a written record of the local events and global events from that year. This comic highlights the spirit of Eau Claire: Olson’s in Downtown still served ice cream; a run-in with a good friend at Festival grocery store; purchasing a whole grocery cart of apples; a tubing trip down the Chippewa River; and taking walks through the cemetery show so many examples of how the narrator, Matthew’s pandemic life was eventful.
This is drawn in black-and-white and uses half-page comic panels. The characters are all drawn in detailed stick-figure style.
