It's Christmas Eve!

Over here in Greece, it's Christmas Caroling day and also Day We Officially Start Eating Ourselves Into a Coma!

I hope however you're observing your Christmas Eve, that you have a good time, or a calm time, or a rejuvenating time with those you want around you but most importantly without anyone you don't want.

It's also Hannukah! Day 6, I think? I'm seriously under informed on the festivities, but I read there is good food and good company involved, so I wish for you to have the best time, too!



And it looks like it's also Kwanzaa, which is also celebrated with family, or with good friends, and good food, and thoughts about self-care and self-betterment. I wish for you to have the best yet with those who are meaningful to you.



And it is also Yule! It is again, celebrated with good friends and family, reveling in the deep winter on the wonders of nature, and burning the Yule log, and having a good time. I wish for you to have the best time with those you love and cherish!



No matter what religion we all observe, we come together in the heart of winter to be warm, merry, supportive, and band together as we wait for nature to wake up again in spring. We all wish for humanity to have a better year, and for people to love each other and thrive.

No matter what our approach to the great beyond, to God, to spiritualism, to atheist existentialism or anything (everything) between, in the end we all wish for the same things- to be warm, fed, sheltered, happy, with loved ones.

And this is what I wish for you this holiday season :)

So Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Yule, and anything I probably missed, or happy winter season. Let's all manage to be a little better with our self and our fellow man this year.
