Alright there was a little bit of confusion about his last dream, so I'll adress a few things! The hat changed Mye's eyes because it's his dream, he was imagining her as one of his kind. She does come off as a bit harsh too because that's Tony's opinion of the situation…and Tony's eyes were all blue before he got the hat, then they started to change to the way they are right after he started actually using it. And yes, he does pay homage to his deceased friend Olaf with his preference for the yellow eyes.
