And the last group for tonight, sorry that was confusing before ^_^ we still have a few to go but we are almost to where we left off!

Question answering: Charby might have relatives alive back in Europe somewhere…but most of them were on the same boat.
And UIU related answer: They're chibis, so the age is vague on purpose ^_^ (makes for more intersting characters because it isn't constrained to "kids don't do that!" or "that's way too immature for an adult!")
