To save you the trouble of looking it up, a "Bokor" is a male sorcerer who is involved with black magic and creates zombies. The correct term for what most people would call a "witch doctor" in the movies/comics. So yes, he's referring to Hex and Mye's former Master. Zeno isn't quite convinced that there's any enchantments on Mye however. He's not convinced that he and this wraith are one in the same as it claims, either. Could be another trick, after all…
