Sorry this is updating a little late in the evening, I had some stuff to do out of town!
I could have rushed out the update without notes, but I wanted to address some of the comments from last update. :)
@Mindcat: Thanks so much for the kind words! That was truly touching and meant a lot to me, I just wanted you to know that!
@Clayton-n: Well, I can answer that first question, but not at the moment! I'm actually going to cover that stuff in some of the books I'm working on, so if I told you right now I wouldn't have anything left to reveal by the time they come out. :D I know that's not a satisfactory answer right now, but there's been some consideration to that at least! (Though I was initially planning to do something with that non-book related…)
As to the second question, I think it's a matter of intimidation. Tall people are seen as rather a bit more intimidating than those of the same height, especially villains. Of course knowing this is why I chose to make my main vampire character short, as a bit of a joke.
However, the only rather tall vampire character from 500 years ago would be Quixoto, and since he was never human I'd say that gives it a pass :D
