For some reason I just couldn't this page to come out the way I wanted. There were some resolution issues with the line art, and I was going for some experimental color look with the bottom panel, that didn't quite come out how I had hoped. Anyway, Thus ends chapter 2!
On Thursday, which happens to be July 4th, I'll be posting the first page of the chapter about Liberator (who was an old,  Captain America style character from the same time period as the original Black Terror). The colors are much better on that coming page, I promise!
