Last few pages end issue 3.

Yeah, I update a bunch. I have a backlog of pages, though that backlog is dwingling as I only have the first 5 pages of issue 5 finished and from there to page 13 just laid out. Scripts have been written for issues 6-9, and the framework exists up through issue 12, which may very well be the last issue of the arc. Though as I continue to write and reflect, that could just as well be pushed back a few issues to 14 or 15.

As a writer I rely so much on words, especially in comics. I am verbose. Though I consider myself a writer first and foremost, I wanted to exercise my ability to illustrate a character, their feelings, their intentions, through the visuals, by how they behave, instead of what they say. We say a lot as humans, promise things and talk about our past, but it's what we do that leaves the best impressions.

Which is just a really long-winded way of saying that I wanted the challenge of expressing a mute character. Whether or not Goshen is actually mute, just traumatized, or both, well…that would be telling.
