Temple of a Thousand Tears is a really well done comic, which features a great visual style, and just as great coloring. I really like the new shading technique….I wish I knew how he did it!
From this page, it looks like The heroes have been told that the very important, "Keys" will be sold to the highest bidders, for entrance into Paradise, and that one of the main characters has kinda LOST his key. This def sets up a very interesting situation. I like the cliffhanger type end panel, and it really makes me want to know what happens, right from the get go. Very well done trevoramueller!!

……………..
My Book is Engine.

still trying to figure out how to do banners and links…..Double Doh!!!

ttyler's work is stunning, not only on Engine but you should also check out his newest comic: Frankenstein and the Black Sea Dead.

You need to use the UBB code for URL to get your links to work.

I cannot say enough about the overall experiance that is The Chronicles of Wyrden. Great , compelling characters, dialogue and art. The writer, knows his craft, and the artist produces page after page of great, soothing artwork that makes you care and want to know what happens next to these characters. I suggest to start from the beginning and enjoy the ride!!!

………………….

Like the above said, My other book is Frankenstein and The Tombs of the Black Sea Dead. (say that 100 times fast……) It is a continuation of the original novel, but taken in a different direction. More supernatural action/horror. Check it out at.

Wow! I am stunned! Frankenstein is an absolutely gorgeous bit of art and story! I am totally impressed. The line work is excellent. The People are wonderfully rendered. At only 3 pages so far, this comic has the potential for greatness that few can achieve!

Ok, your comic needs to be one of the top ones here, because the story is awesome, the coloring is GORGEOUS and who doesn't love the touch chick stuff? =P

good job~

RA has a very cute illustration of a "monster," for lack of a better term. Looks like it could be an interesting plush toy. E20K has some great motion on the page, with monsters eatting and blood flying, and even some internal organs that aren't so internal anymore. Great stuff!

###

@$$hole: This page saw a cameo appearance from Seiko from Used Books, and Monday's page had Susie telling off an employee of the bookstore.

Temple: The Cardinal reveals knowledge of the swordsman's wife, and the swordsman is not too pleased about it.

Temple has a great page update, the use of light and shadow is excellent and the diatribe/monologue delivered in this one is truly worthy of the character.

He'd get on well with the Church of Progression!

I spent yesterday reading the entire archive of The Chronicles of Wyrden and I sure did love it.

The artwork is fantastic… it proves that you don't need digital or coloring to come up with great artwork. The atmosphere is fantastic.

Although the story is in the beginning, I loved it. It reminds me of a twisted version of Casanova. For a short archive, it has twists in it and worth reading.

I'm looking forward og how things will go. The universe is like Planet Earth but no Earth.

Compliment on whichever comic you want, either BLTR, The Burnhams, or both… thanks in advanced.

In both comics, you're very good at drawing people of different ages - you don't just make children short - they LOOK younger than the adults. (That's hard for me, so I am impressed!)

Coloring and character design in Salt the Holy is pretty good, but I'd suggest getting a image editing program to improve a tad (The gray around the black lines are showing, eep!). Nice plot, overall I'd say this is good!

Glarg has a future career as a comics letterer. Are there any existing scholarships or can someone with some green get one started for him? He may just major in graphic design and make whatever sequentials he wants anyway.

I have to say that the newest page at Salt the Holly today is made of awesome. The dress designs are so eye-catching and wonderfully designed, I wonder which ones will be chosen…
Anywho, great comic, great character designs and fun dialogue, go check Salt the Holly out if you haven't done so. :)

I love Rival Angels. Since I'm a big fan of pro wrestling, this is an excellent comic to follow. The action flowing in this comic is amazing. I've been following this comic on every update and I kept on coming for more… I love the art in it. Worth reading, IMO.

Please comment on BLTR because it has recently updates.

1st off I want to thank you for showing me a new mood technique. On the second panel of the newest page you did great with that!

It looks like you spend good time on this comic and it shows with the character personalities. The perspective on the grocery store scene was top notch too.

Keep up the great work!

The Devon Legacy is my comic in case you get confused by the 2 banners.

OH! Dude, that is awesome! I love the different views, perspective, that's it. And the colors, don't even get me started!

Great work!

I really like the character designs for Ryu's Krew, and the bright vibrant colors. It also has a very fun and action vibe going for it.

The final words of Marielle....

Trevor and Susie are hiding out in a goth store.

I'm off to NYC Comic Con for the weekend, so even though there won't be an announcement, Friday's page will go live on time! :D

If you're heading to the con yourself, stop by the Digital Pimp booth in Artist's Alley and say hi!
