Also how is everyone making gifs! Do you all have flash? Do you know where there are free flash programs to download?

@Monkey. You can always try the free 2 week promotion version of Flash. There also are some free gif makers out there, although most of the ones I've seen require you to draw the pictures that you're putting together in a different program.

When you go to save as a .gif it'll ask you if you want to merge layers or have it be an animation. Save it as an animation. Each layer being one frame.

I use Animagic GIF. It has more features if you buy it, but you can still use it for free after the trial period. It's way easier than flash or gimp or even adobe's animation program.
