I don't know if this has been brought to your attention, but I can not access "Children of the Night" or "Arachnid Goddess" I keep getting

Site much faster than yesterday, but still seems to be running with a limp.

Could not access my A Cat's Tale — (so A's, B's, C's still a problem?). Anyway, got this message:

" in a way that will never complete " so sad. But apparently not FORBIDDEN

btw: could not upload this file via "edit" of A Cat's Tale account either

(edit)

Realized I posted in wrong thread (this 1st appeared in moan and groan), so opened DD in a second Firefox window, and it loaded like this:

Hate to beat a dead horse, but just want to say that yes, the problem with A,B,C and D titled comics is not yet fixed. It is 9:05 AM Central time where I'm at, and my comic "Coolstar Comics Master Files" just directs back to the main page. My other comic, "Unlimited Evil" which of course starts with a "U" is just fine.

I've gotten access to two of my favorites in the A-D range, but there are some new things I noticed:

-Yesterday, a new page of "A Loonatics Tale" could be viewed perfectly fine. Today, that same exact page is now a broken image.

-Whenever I try to access the other comics in the A-D range, instead of giving me a 404 like it did yesterday, it now says "comic not found" and boots me back to the home page.

I just wanted to say that my comic (beginning with a C) has returned. Thanks, Drunk Duck!
Charby the Vampirate worked, Cwen's Quest worked. So did Bloodman and Arkadis. Another 'C' comic, Cosmic Dash did not.
Jillyfoo's link to Demon Eater still took me to the front page.
I tried Death brigade from the front page and it worked.

So, it looks like things are starting to be fixed at least. I'll betcha it's not long before we're back in order.

From my Demon Eater site right now. Different from yesterday.

Huh, that's weird. Dragon City Stories is working, but not Dragon City (Dragon City Stories is a bit of a spin off that I quit updating.)

Not digging that the clocks changed to PST again. DD has aways been CST…at least to me. Is there a reason the clock moves back two hours every time the server updates?

(Changing it to PST means we have to wait 2 extra hours for new comics)

Hi, my comics are back up and working, but I've noticed everything is shifted a day backward. Would be great if that could be fixed, as I have a daily comic and I wouldn't want confusion resulting from a faulty date system. I'm gonna upload my comics on the days they are supposed to be, so everything from the 17th on for Don Josh is on the date it should be…

Site is running faster than yesterday also. That makes me happy.

Update: All 'B' letter comics should be working. A, C, and D are still copying, so more and more of them should be accessible throughout the day.

Another update: I've been told all the letters have finished copying over and all comics should be showing up now. Please post here if you find a comic that's still not working.

Thanks!

Nooo, I like it being on Central time so I don't have to figure out the time difference.
I guess that's not very fair, though. :(

Because a majority of the site is located in the United States, where it's not even close to 3:18 in the morning. Shouldn't you be in bed?

Also avatars aren't working now for me, is anyone else having this problem. oh jesus christ

Well the comics are working, But the Avatars are down. A small thing, One bigger thing is that as I was going though an archive of one of the comics I read, I would be spontaneously signed out from time to time, or there would be a SQL error pop up.

No, that's why it was set in the beginning. Now the time is like that because a bazillion crazy processes all depend on it to BE that time. It can't be anything different or things go to crap.

There are no avatars right now and I keep getting signed out constantly. This is not a workable state at the moment.

As has been said, avatars aren't working. However, load times are fairly quick compared to yesterday!

Comic descriptions on the front page aren't always displaying properly when you move over them. Sometimes they'll show a series of script errors or just no description instead.

Also, the random logouts seem to be happening at the worst possible times (at least for me), like when I'm trying to post on the forum or upload a comic page.

I am getting some "This comic has no pages yet" errors off and on. It will load fine one minute and then have the error the next.

(This took forever to actually post with the repeated logouts. :P )

The site seems to be loading much faster for me now, at least compared to the last few days.

We're currently working on the random logout and missing avatar issues. Will continue to update as I learn more!

I don't think that this is major, but it is annoying:
I keep getting booted from my account. I'll go to update a page and it will take me to the "You must be logged in to do that" screen. I log back in, and it works for about another five minutes, then boots me out again.

I want to give a big thanks to Wowio, though, for putting up with jerks like me who make big deals out of nothing sometimes. Monday, I was pretty mad, but I'm calmer now.

PS: This problem only started today. Monday it was just slow.

There is a bug that I noticed as well, but I don't know if anyone else had the same problem:

When I'm trying to create a downloadable archive of my comics (Account Profile > Edit comic x > Archive comic), I get the said message:

There was an error. Please contact an administrator.

Which is kinda annoying since I'd like to create a backup of my comic Memories… :x
