tongue for plates, fingers for bowls :) Fingers and tongues offer more surface area to be covered with the same amount of effert, at the expense of hygeine, but who needs that anyways :P

Totally tongue, and then finger for any bits that I can't reach with my tongue (if the bowl is too deep or whatever).

Screw spoons, they leave too much behind. lol!
