Mr. Brownstone by GNR is a GREAT one to get your fingers moving. And another more challenging one would be Plush by STP. LOTS of cool chord changes rather than the usual root/5th power chord. Round and Round by Ratt, too, if you like old pop-metal. Fairies Wear Boots by Sabbath and Fade to Black by Metallica are also more challeging as well, but not impossible if you've been playing a year or so…

Have you considered the Ballroom Blitz? It is a fun upbeat rock song, I dont know much about guitars, but it seems simple enough.
