Work doesn't stress me, but it does annoy and irritate me… That's a different thing, very different.
Mostly I just need coffee to stay away during it.

As far as stress goes, I had more of that working for myself. To deal with that I'd play stupid computer games and avoid what I was meant to do.

How do you deal with your stress from work?
I'm not sure that work stresses me out too much. There are periods when things can get very aggravating or annoying- at those times I just need to walk away for a while and be on my own, or have someone trustworthy to vent at, for 10-15 minutes. Once it's out of my system I'm back to normal and ready to handle the problem.
Usually if I'm stressed out from work it's because too much needs to be done- and in those cases I just start working weekends and stuff. :]
At the moment I'm teaching 31 ten yr olds, and sometimes I get really annoyed and stressed at them. They're great kids but sometimes they just get worked up and they're really hard to control. When I get to the mega stress point I tell the class (or students one on one) that I'm at the end of my tether and I would really like it if they calmed down. That or I yell at them. Either works.
I go to work and school (though right now I'm on summer break, until summer school starts), and it takes up a loooot of time. The worse time of the year is when I'm studying for finals and going to work. Everything piles up.
Usually I just listen to music, though unfortunatly the stress got to me so much recently that I was prescribed muscle relaxers because my eye started twitching because of all the tension. @_@
I relieve stress by making people laugh. When I feel like I'm funny and have a good sense of humor, I feel great. It makes me feel better and I also feel better because I feel like I just made that person a little happier by making them laugh.
That, alcohol, movies, and procreation.
When i get stressed at work (everyday) its normally the drive home, seeing as i finish at 10:30pm i can thrash my way down the roads. The music i play helps, and when i get home a nice cuppa tea and family guy. When i wake up the next morning i'm ready to do it all again. Joys of being a Chef :D
I listen to music, usually hard rock or metal stuff. Good for the mentality.
I also take out some anger into my comics, not as a spoof or insulting manner though. Just draw harder or do a darker topic.
Sleep makes all the difference between a "walk in the park" and a "living hell".
I have so many things to do around here that I consider it work. When thinking about these things and even dealing with them, it can be stressful at times but I just try not to think of it, or I'll just be relaxed and try and take things slow or take my time. Just don't make things bigger than what they seem, life is full of stress!

Nooooo, now I have to change my avatar. Curse you!
I study ju jitsu, kobudo and iaido. When work gets me stressed or cheesed off I burn it off, kata work calms me down and if I'm absolutely hopping mad I tell my sensei and ask to work with the big scary second dans so that we can spar hard without too much risk of hurting each other.
I also knit, meditate and think of new plotlines to inflict on my characters, so I'm not all martial arts all the time, that makes for a rather one-sided person and rather limits the avenues of conversation one can take with others.
When I'm stressed for college work(which was mostly drawing-2d animation last year and 3d animation this year), I usually go home, put metal music very loud and start working there. Also, I do everything I must do before sleeping(eat/shower) before so I know I have all my time.
Also I try to still go out a lil even when time is missing.
