Mafia XXXI: Kicking It Old School
Okay people, I hereby swear that I didn't try to kill Mett.
And I'm thinking Mett is the godfather, maybe the paramedic is a red herring…
And I think Same tried to kill him. (Sorry. You did suggest you would earlier.)
And I think the person that killed Zeph was mad because Zephiroth didn't draw him/her.
But let's not get down the accusing road again.
Who will we lynch?
The only clues I found were eyes and darkness.
Mettaur has eyes looking from the darkness.
Hakoshen's eyes are following you everywhere you look.
Ochi's pretty dark.

However, that would mean hakoshen's not the vigilante. i base this on the fact that he's played a few games before, and would know not to kill randomly as the vigilante. and that he would have mafia ties.

Nah, my eyes don't even look at the screen in this OR my just recently changed avatar. I'm not sure about the my job today bit, since my comic is well, about quitting, not joining. Still, I will admit my profile seems to be the only one that mentions work at all, but being as I'm innocent that must not be the clue we're thinking it is.
And I was a violent, merciless vigilante last time I was one (which was the zombie game). But all I really did was kill all the usual suspects, then randomly start lashing out. I wanted to have the highest vigilante kill count so I made sure to attack every round.
No, I can't make heads or tails of those clues, and I've checked out everyone's profile. The only one's who's profiles have anything to do with darkness and following eyes are Jninjashadow (in name only) and alwinbot (who's avatar is dark with something staring at the viewer).
Profiles are rather low on fourth wall breaches.
I think I, as should the rest of you, will refrain from voting. First night votes always kill someone innocent.
Starting at the ending could work. I don't know a lot of stories that use it but the first one that comes to mind is Memento of course. And the prelude to sleeper, a wildstorm comic. You should be carefull not to release too much of the plot at the end though.
I think doing something like they do in NCIS would work too, showing a little piece of somethin that happens in a couple of pages and then work up to that slowly..?
Day Two
I Am The 1337 Master had enough of it all. Only two people had even voted for the lynch. And he had one. He marched up the steps to the noose when no one was looking. He calmly put the noose around his neck and prepared to jump and break his neck. Before he could jump off the platform. He was grabbed and hoisted up from behind. “Oh no you don’t. That is just sick. Common we are getting you some help.†TheFlyingGreenMonkey cleared the lynching platform, carrying I Am The 1337 Master off.
As soon as the mayor was walking off with the citizen, Kroatz quickly marched Same up the steps and put the noose around his neck. He turned around to reach for the switch, but someone was already there. “No one hangs today,†said jninjashadow.
Same was pardoned.
Day Two has ended. Night Two has begun.
