Then bulls wouldn't think that red meant stop, so they wouldn't ignore it, by not stopping, and then, would become confused, which would cause them to adapt to their more confusing environment, and they would become smrter, and would take over the world. Like in "Planet of the Apes". Except that if it would be made into a movie, it wouldn't suck.
