All I need is somebody good with backgrounds, scenery, etc. It's not hard. At all. You'll see the page you'll be making backgrounds for after you apply.
Saying it's easy is kinda give-and-take. For some people it is, but others really struggle with it. I have to spend a day just trying to fart out panel out that's got such high detail.
Try widening your search though. Look on Deviant Art or try spamming a few ads out there asking for help on other comic sites. DD might not be the best place to look. Hope you find what you're looking for.
