Also, mango tip: Monster. Also, Hellsing, if you haven't already read it. Not seen it, but read it. Paper. Ten times as awesome as the anime.
And, if you can find it, Golden Boy. More fun than the anime as well. Does get kind of graphic in the end though.

Well, in terms of Manga, I just read Angel Densetsu and it's pretty awesome. The art starts out pretty rough, but eventually you get to stuff like this:hmm this looks odd… in an awesome way, of course, I know what I'm going to be doing after my French Speaking exam is over!
