Well, I'm sure Tracy Beaker is fairly well known. I used to watch it for some reason. It's about a girl with a temper. A short temper. Don't know much about the spin off/sequel series, though. Don't really watch TV anymore.

I didn't like the first series, she's annoying. The new series is good, though.

I just clicked on the M.Bison thing, it's creepy.

What does "down with the street" mean?

It's just another way of saying you're hip to the latest jive. Don't worry - it's time for my medication.

TSOTB and TBR are standard watching for a lot of parents. Some put tvs in their kids rooms so they can carry on watching Cash In The Attic, but I prefer to watch what the kids are watching.
It's good because I'm in and out all the time making food, cleaning and so on but they repeat those shows over and over, so after a few weeks I'll have seen the whole episode , but mostly in the wrong order.

Ugh this sucks. I've had the date "march 8th" ingrained in my brain for some reason and found out it's the release of dragon age 2.

March 6th: Pokemon b/w 35$
March 8th: DA 2 65$

Whyyyyyyy. Mom said she'd buy the pokemon one(why yes i am 12) but there's no way a 65$ game is in the question. Also my brain is telling me there's more games coming out in mar/april. My brain is also telling me i should get a job and stop being a lazy mooch.

It's funny how it started with me being bored and saying that I like Tracy Beaker Returns to M.Bison - shiver - and now pokemon. OMG i love pokemon!

So I decidedto adapt a song I wrote into a short comic (cause I thought the song has perfect lyrics for a slightly grotesque horror/cemetery story and I doubt I'll ever record it as a proper song anyway so what the hell)… only to find out that I CAN'T FIND THE LYRICS ANYMORE!

I keep my songs in two places: a specified notebook for them (with 21 song lyrics inside, heh, not updated since 2005 or so) and a txt file on the pc. Neither had the particular song. Panicked, I grabbed a bunch of notebooks from the last couple of years and started flipping pages.

Asd I did so, I not only found the song, but also found a stack of terrible HORRIBLE older songs that are totally embarassing (and written in the middle of my depressive phase so they're all about death, hating stuff and not caring about stuff and so on) but one of the lines caught my attention… and I ended up writing a script for a 6page comic. And found a set of thumbnails for another 1-2 page comic, heh.

So the final result should be 10 or more pages of comics :D

But first I need to do a onepager!

Sounds like you were a bit of an emo. Don't you just love depressing songs? Kidding.

And now depressing songs. That's the beauty of General Discussion.

Yeah, I went on this thread because my brother said(and Ozoneoncean hinted) that I was making forums for everything. Asta even said that I would make a forum about me making a forum about it being cloudy. Yeah.

It is the best. I am so jealous that Europe gets the release two days earlier ;[

Skullbie, your avatar scares me.

I swear I'm fat! I have done nothing but forum today, and have eaten my way through bread, noodles, 2 bags of crisps, 1 chocolate bar, cereal and dinner. What a pig.

Unlikely.

It is kinda weird. I'm glad Sonic isn't a cyclops (although technically he does have one eyeball)

I was quoting thomas the tank engine down the pub the other night, just with a VERY different context.
There's actually a pub down the road from me called The Fat Controller
All ages have a right to Thomas the Tank Engine.

I was reading Thomas the Tank Engine stories when I was a little kid before the TV show with Ringo Star.

My first experience with thomas was the ringo star stuff now I have kids that love it and I constantly have the really annoying songs in my head. Still not as bad as my daughter wanting to watch high school musical twice a day.

Uh… I think your sig is a little big… the max is 480x60, 360x80 and 250x100. You might want to change it quickly.

Sorry, that was just the title on my comic. I had to picnik it like 6 times to get it this size. Is that okay? I don't understand widths and heights.

I'm going to check out the comic in your sig now.

Urghh, I HATE High School Musical. Everyone I know is obsessed with it. A bunch of stuck-up-brats getting famous, like most teen girl movies. Zac Efron has invaded Shout magazines; he's meant to be HOT? HONESTLY!?

Heh. this is turning into a bit of a quote tunnel. lol.

I find the fact that he isn't a cyclops freaky. @_@ Technically he has one conjoined eyeball with two peripherals. Can you even imagine a giant conjoined eyeball IRL?

Your sig is now fine.

If you want to check out my comic, I just want you to know that I'm in the process of redrawing a lot of the older pages, which is why the quality might seem inconsistent at the moment. ^_^
____________
I play a LOT of Sonic games, and to be honest the whole eye thing didn't bother me. But then a lot of Sonic characters have "one eyeball". If Sega made Sonic's eye(s) like say Tails' I think that would look weird.

You should just take it in stride. Don't dwell on it all the time, it will consume you. Remember: not everyone will like your comic, no matter how good it is.
