@Usedbooks: Really makes you think, doesn't it? And there would be no easy way to refute it either.

Today's Crossing Death experiences more insanity by Michael in a Boat.

@Crossing Death: That be a big explosion….

Temple: Selphi's condition worsens.
Dude that blood looks really KILLER. I love how simple but stylistic this page is. Great job.

American007 updates with another bio, focusing on one of the more obscure heroes, Clyde, also known as the mighty "Inferno."
American007: nice picture in the top corner. However, shouldn't you give readers this backstory through your comic, not in a blurb like this? Don't expect readers to have a great attention span. (Also, you sell yourself short when you "tell" instead of showing..) However, that's just opinion and it sounds like you've got a pretty epic comic. You might want to spell check though..!
my comic, The Optimist updated today, hurray! It's more mixed-media madness, food-deprived… hilarious hallucinations?
Some things never change. Back in the 1960s, many people joined the hippy movement because of its belief in freedom and the power of love to change the world. Others joined because its just so damn hard to resist a girl who believes in taking off her clothes and advocating free love!
These days, the ability of love to change the world may have been largely discredited but, as today's MAG-ISA demonstrates, it's still just as hard to resist that philosophy when its advocate is a girl intent on taking off her clothes and advocating free love!

Two updates from me:
In the BVC Srap Book, we also look back to the 1960s, with a page dedicated to the memory of the Apollo moon landings. Oh, if only they'd had GPS back in the 1960s!
Meanwhile, over in Shades we look in on Stan. He may not have super powers, but today's update shows why he's most definitely worth following. He always knows where to find a good pub!
As usual, SHADES has wonderful art and an excellent, ongoing super-heroic storyline with a British twist, and I love the focus on Stan, the most seemingly ordinary of the bunch—but apearances are decieving!
In the CROSSOVERLORD, Lightbringer learns to become afraid of the dark as he is ambushed and robbed of any outside light at http://www.drunkduck.com/Crossoverlord/index.php?p=588858 as Lewis returns to the art chores for the first time in months! —Al
@Zaymac: Personally, I think it's too soon for Billy Mays zombie jokes. However, I do like the cameo product placement.

Today's Zephyr of Fate experiences a small error from the master tactician.
I'm still digging the new comic. Now would be a great time for new readers to jump in and enjoy the bold coloring and style, the fantastic expressions, the vibrant characters, and the witty writing!

In Used Books, one final detail remains before they get to the main event. The topic is suicide notes and the question of how one can threaten a condemned man. Author's notes muse on the difference between "some" and "a couple."
Well, usedbooks, you've made huge progress during the comic. That being said, you should work on your persepective. Also, I noticed your characters have pretty similar-looking heads, chins and noses.
You seem to have found your own style, and that's very good (and important) for a webcomic.

In Toast and Jam, the hunt for pupils continues!
A new chapter and a major plot twist approaches!
I am going to get something to eat now!
It looks interesting and I can't wait to see how it progresses. I was laughing to the point of my side hurting quite often.

Liana and Sam's lives are pretty normal, at least they should be, but you learn very quickly that when these two get together nothing is ever as it should be.
Current plotline: Setting up for an alternate reality storyline
"I wonder why" - XD.

I like how he goes all Martin Luther King in panel 1…

The Optimist has updated!!! Today readers discover that the comic takes place in 1990, not the late 80s as some have suspected!! GASP!
Also, find out spectacular news about a spectacular $fanart contest$ with $money involved$!!
Fantastic water colors and artwork compliment the latest page of The Optimist! Gonna have to go through the archives here, I think.

@$$hole!: The Blind Date story arc is upon us, and a familiar character returns for it!
@$$hole!: Great use of moment-by-moment shots for those last three panels to develop the action. Lovely use of framing and contrast too - the shots are clear, easy to read and focus in on the characters.

Timeloss: Resumed updating this week and added a twist of lemon to the scene-cake.
Read it, I dare thee!
@Redeption - it's wonderful to see you back again :D. Lovely clean artwork as usual. I love the effects and the muted colors. I'll have to read the archives, but Timeloss seems quite an interesting story to me.

The Rose Killer updated today. More about the two "rose killings" are revealed.
The Rose Killer: An interesting story, some very nice black and white art there.
The Chronicles of Wyrden updates today and invites you to see what lies behind 'the door'…
Wow… Just wow. It's a breathtaking splash page that everyone should see. At first glance, I thought it was amazing, and then I started noticing those details (like the eyes, *shivers*) and was just floored.

In Used Books, our ladies cross paths as their prepare for their respective missions. Also, I tried a new technique for making darkness/night shading.
Used Books: Interesting. I like the style of the comic. Really good imo.
