But Not Really: I'm really diggin this comic. Also, girl in the striped shirt is hot. Anyway, I laughed at the joke in the first few panels. Great work! :)

————————-

For Great Justice updates with it's second strip! Please enjoy this incredibly simplistic, yet awesome strip! :D

@For Great Justice - nice emotion in the last panel. You don't need to complete the word. F U is understandable. :)

MAG-ISA
- Eman is saved.

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't see your post!

A Rogue With Two Sides: Thinking out loud is never a good idea lol and I love the 'I'ma stabbin mah daggers!' face lol

MAG-ISA: Your art isn't always perfect, but to be honest that doesn't matter to me at all. I always enjoy reading your comics because I like how you tell the story, and the way your action scenes push the story forward means I don't ever get bored :)

The Door just updated, and Kay reveals what really happened.

Hunchdebunch - I like how the first panel's background mirrors that of when he turns around after sliding down that tree. Definitely caught my attention, I gotta start at the beginning now!

Also, Portugal? Hot damn!

I just updated (well, I guess that's why I'm here in the first place, huh :P), and I'm continuing a theme where each Sunday I make up a comic that you might find in a Sunday paper, except I litter it with my uh, somewhat dark sense of humor.

@ ifelldownthestairs - There is something strangely funny about the sunday not-so-funnies this week…just the ignorance of the kid doing the prank and then the melodrama of the paramedics.

Due East updated today! Yes, it's a filler but it's a cool filler! And it's about an epiphany I had concerning the comic. Come see!

Posted at

Due East - really great filler, it's nice to see pencil art here. I think this is definitely the way to go.

The Chronicles of Wyrden updates today and the Wrath is still hunting high and low.

@ The Chronicles of Wyrden- love the Wrath's design, and his/hers/its narration style is awesomely creepy. After reading through the rest of the comic, I say you definitely deserve your award nominations (Congrats!).

All Saints has just updated, and we peer a little deeper into Deimos's psyche as we continue to look at the world through his eyes.

I've either never read All Saints before or, if I have, it was a long time ago and it's changed a lot. For some reason I remember the name, but I certainly wasn't expecting what I found when I checked it out. This comic is a gem - go read it!

Greyscale artwork which is rich with subtlety, superbly original character designs and sharply observed dialogue. Do I have to say "go read it" again? Go! Now!

********************

Oh, and go read Shades, too! Our embattled heroes are looking for help this week and yours could be just the help they need.

Or you could just go to see the very sexy picture of Boo. Either reason is fine with me!

@Pyren: Since it looks like you did update today, I'll ignore the fact you sorta neglected protocol there. Looks like an interesting spell to have on hand.

@elektro - Oh my, that must have been some mighty strong convincing to get someone to kill another person o_o. I know I wouldn't want blood on my hands.

EDIT - Got beaten to the punch!

@Phillby - I just found your comic few minutes ago, and now you show up on this thread! XD It looks really cool, I love your bold use of color and the monkey-man. Looks like a really promising new project. :D

I've never seen the Rose Killer before and I regret that I haven't. It takes black and white to a level I very rarely see in comics, reminds me of the noir genre. The art is very well suited to the writing. I clicked the sig banner and was thrilled to see the clothing design. Vintage clothes, nice black and white, and a mystery story? Awesome!

The Millennium House updated on Saturday with a new page (hey, this is my first post here, so it's new to you! Shhh). I don't often get to draw people smiling, rare moment, treasure it while you can!

Oooo! What a neat-looking comic. At first glance, I really liked the art style. I'm not sure if it's paint or digital, but the lack of outlines gives it a flowing, whimsical feel. I kinda got a surreal/spooky vibe from the look of it (the lighting adds to that) before reading any of the dialogue. I like the way you do speech bubbles too!

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gelotology updated today! I wasn't planning an update this week, due to my business and lack of inspiration, but an idea hit me yesterday, so here you go. (If you go back a page, you can see the silly filler I put up announcing that there would be no update this week. :-P )
Used Books updated as well. A heartfelt confession from Kaida (probably to herself more than anyone), and Raidon turning this emotional display to his advantage. If you go back a page, you can see a bonus pin-up thing I uploaded Friday as a thank you for award nominations.)
Posted at
Gelotology: Lol. A lab rat robbing a bank? Haha. Good stuff. Also, dig the font.
Used Books: Aww. Poor Kaida ;___; Great work on this page Usedbooks. You can really feel the whole emotional uh, thing. Like, you can feel how the characters feel. (I think I worded it wrong.)
Ryu's Krew updates today, because it is in fact, awesome.
And why you should visit it?
Because there's blood.
In Harkovast, Chen-Chen goes toe to toe with the Frost Berserker….
Harkovast has a pretty intense action scene going, with lots of parrying and thrusting…and blocking. ;)
Temple: "Holy boobs" has to be my new favorite line.
Posted at
"Holy boobs" is now one of MY favorite lines, too, and excellent art and writing on TEMPLE.
In the CROSSOVERLORD the cover of the new chapter is a homage to one of the most famous covers of all, the CRISIS cover where Superman held the dead Supergirl. And we have cameos CUBED…try to identify all the webcomic and non-webcomic characters we have cameoed—with the creators' permission. That's at http://www.drunkduck.com/Crossoverlord/index.php?p=598517
None of the others matter, Doctor McNinja is in it! Very spot-on homage, by the way, it's clear you've put alot of work into that cover, work that by golly my comic would never have put in.
John- After suffering from heroin withdrawal, John has been hallucinating for the past maybe ten comics, but now the little guy has finally broken out of his trance. Also, I do believe this may be my longest joke ever (perhaps THE longest joke ever, but I know somewhere someone has made a comic joke spanning 5 novels and a TV show. - http://www.drunkduck.com/John
@ John - I guess all I can say is "funky!" Well, I can also say it's rather strange. Some of the expressions were kind of funny. My favorite is a toss-up between Fierce and Sarcastic.
Off Hours updated today! The battle is over, and now a twist!
Line art by me (Allen of Due East) and colors by Vickie (Used Books). Enjoy!
Off Hours: for some reason, the characters are reminding me of the Fantastic Four, especially with the rock ape looking like Thing.
Negligence updates today with McKinley taking on another form to battle Drannik.
Oh, and since I don't know of any better place to put this, I have finished the first promotional material for the Negligence animation pilot:
I have no idea what's going on in Negligence, but a dude fighting a bunny rabbit is hilarious to me! Checking out the archives!
