Wow, Raphael has a really good threat there. Excellent dialogue between these two - very tense.

Salt updated today with another look at the museum (and more cameos) - there's also a specific event that happens in this update that will be very important later, though no attention is called to it. Be the first to catch it!

A-list updates

more violence
Yep, those are some mean looking boots all right. And I like the way you've done the night and the small slither of light coming from the lamp post. The stars have a nice effect as well

Today on Age of Ends, Amaya has run from the village to hide, and then recounts her meeting with the prince who wishes for her hand.
I like the title, "Age of ends"…very epic sounding. In todays chapter, the princess recalls information that may or may not be important. I guess we will have to wait until the following pages to know what DMH has up his sleeve!

Character design for princess Tami in Engine 2. She will be needing some head and shoulders for sure after this new look!!
Engine: Wow, what can I say about Engine. It is Perfection made Comic. I mean, the art it truly fantastic. The linework is outstanding, clean, crisp, awesome. This comic is what all comics should strive for.

George the Dragon updated today! Today's artwork is very special, a lot higher caliber than has been seen previously on George. And all of it a Loud_G original!
George the Dragon has truly OUTSTANDING backgrounds—really, I had no idea—in fact, I'm envious. I tend to do better in figures than background, but you're the exact opposite…and VERY talented. You should experiment more often.
Mindmistress updated today, and I rather liked the way the coloring especially turned out, at http://mindmistress.comicgenesis.com/village48.htm. —Al
Mindmistress has an interesting pop art-ish style going on that works really well to capture the atmosphere in this particular scene… I'm gonna have to go nose through the archive sometime to see how other things look in this style.
Bulletproof updates today with, well, Shyft tellin' it like it is, and Alexander Quinn weaseling his way around the truth. Y'know, the usual. ;-)
pagan zoetrope:without reading the strip on context, that was fuckin HILARIOUS!!HAHAHAHA! i love the two girl's expressions in the second panel, specialy the light haired one. "what the fuck?1" and she's got this hell cat on her face. hahaha. the arts just awesome too. i realy like this!
PUTRID MEATBones is still suck in the rabies-infested northern Septica and Big Milano's caught up to 'em, so Bones fires his secrect weapon…
My favorite thing about your art in Putrid Meat is how gritty and dirty it feels. It works so well with your cast and stories. This page is no exception as the ugly freak is taught exactly why you're not to mess with Bones when he's armed with a YoYo… okay, he's probably just angrier now. Still it's a great read and a fun page!
Bone's problems are our entertainment ^^

Devon Legacy has another page I'm pretty proud of up. Working on coloring my energy abilities, dynamic poses, and unique story flowing layouts my newest update turned out to be quite an enjoyable surprise for me.
And if your not into that stuff it has a bit of cleavage, death, and a cool fierce alien that ingested way too many glow worms as a kid. Go read now NOW! ;-)
I read Angelfish before your long hiatus and restart. (It was so long ago that I don't recall if the plot has been changed from the original one.) Anyway, the latest page promises an interesting plot development. I have no idea what ship they spot. (I hope it's space pirates! Lol.) Also, I like the way you've dome the double outlines (white around black). It really helps them stand up against the stark black "outerspaceness" surrounding them.

The ladies are heading off to do their own things on today's page of Used Books. Kaida teases her brother and meets up with her old friend the fortune teller, who offers her a piece of vague fortune-cookie-esque advice. I'm actually pretty proud of my art on the page. It won't hang in a gallery or anything, but it was a personal victory. (More on that in my author's notes.)
On Used Books, the gang is in somewhat of a fair. Kaida doesn't seem superstitious about truth tellers but she does know how to embarrass her bro and her friend. ;) "wink"

On Billy Learns To Rock, Billy had sent a message back to Tanya assuring her that he's coming to resuce her… LET'S GO, HERO!
Lol woah, there's a lot in that page XD funny last panel~ haha
So uh…i made a new comic o__o…don't kill me~!! XD my imagination is evil like that~ anyhow, you'll have to look at it via my profile, tis called Mermaid and it puts every pretty Little Mermaid story to rest XD
the cover and the first page =}
horrah for monsters and killing mythology~!!
Katch: Love the design on that evil-mermaid thing! Very Giger-esque!
Cosmic Dash updated. That Monk isn't filling the crew with a lot of confidence that the mission will go well. D:
A hint of possible danger to come from the Monk!! Cosmic Dash is a very fun, well done comic in an animation style that is dead on cool. I love it!!!

Mr. 8 smashes space rock!! One more filler, and my 100th page!
Engine volume 2 begins tommorrow, Monday the 19th.
I just commented, but i'll give you it again juuuust in case you didn't get it the first time XD
you…i want your talent~!!
i shall now prove my point about fillers~
I stuck a random filler in RA, which has info on something you may not have known whilst reading it =}
go check it out, i did it in like, ten minutes, dur hur XD
Last Call's update shows a perfect combination: drunk chick + drunk succubus + PU-PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I can only imagine what's gonna happen…
This time, both Telenime and Freakenburg are updated.
In Telenime, we have a Crazy Retarded Flying Priest Special (half-based in true events).
In Freakenburg, we're about to know Kasumi's plan (not based in true events at all). We also know a little more of our drunk chick.
Both comics feature nice tones and art, with just a hint of fan service that makes it a comic you may want to consider getting into. As in right now. Seriously, go click on the links in freakenburger's sig and start from page one.

On Warriors of the Night, we change scenes to the other battle that is happening above the castle, as in they are flying above it and dealing with a weird monster thing.
Ahh…Engine…from the start and the crazy amount of detail, I knew that Tim's work was going to be something extra special and if you're a fan of Kirby's drawing style, well, Tim's influences show just that and it's a great read.
The Chronicles of Wyrden updates today with the revelation of Talon's mistake, the first look at the Mist Reaver's communication hub and you can just tell Morgan's enjoying getting one over on Talon for once.
Oh bugger, is all we can say!
Note: yes, that console is going to be very familiar to fans of a certain Time Lord.
At one point, I always seemed to be following The Chronicles of Wyrden in this thread, but it's been a while, so it's good to be able to comment on it again now. Especially since - for those of us of "a certain age" - this update has an excellent visual nod to the control hub of the Tardis …
Of course, if you're so young, you still think Christopher Ecclestone was the first Dr Who, that might not mean anything to you. You guys will just have to content yourselves with the intriguing and rapidly thickening plot and the intricately detailed artwork instead. Consolation enough, I'd say!
***********************
Also in need of consolation today is our man Stan Miller in Shades. His daughter is suspicious of his every move and his grandson seems determined to (inadvertantly) drop him in it with every syllable he utters …
Families, eh? I bet right now he'd rather be out there facing off against a super villain or two!
