He's real. Everyone wanted to pet him.

I had some giant prop rats (with fangs XD) too, but they weren't fooling anyone.

Ok, I promised Custard I'd upload this when it was gettin' halfway towards done. I still gotta beef up the backrest a bit, figure out how I'm doin' the legs and get a cushion made for it, but it's done enough that you can get an idea. Next piece I work on finding is going to be a set of old wood shipping crates for a bookshelf and coffee table.

Oh hell yes. Looks awesome so far.

I had the cage out there (it was around 3 hours), but they love to be held. I only took them out when groups came by. Didn't want to risk them getting away from me in the woods with nearly no light.

Mastodon/Dethklok tour 10.18.09 Milwaukee, WI @ Eagle Auditorium

Scored myself some free tickets and headed down on my ONE day off. free show, free parking, pretty damn slick but the bar charged $14 for 2 pints of GMD, eff!? Luckily I had a bunch of Jameson and cookies before leaving.

I've been there (not at that specific show, but the Eagle Ballroom). Crappy neighborhood, but decent acoustics.

The sound was really well done at the show. …that double bass came on and it was just so friggin 'cozy'….yes cozy. heh Mastodon had a lot of great visuals on the projector but none of them came out on camera though. Their set had a nice buildup, getting to this finale towards the end. Once dethklok was on it was non-stop, so muuuuch energy, for a "ficticious" metalband…? they put on a damn good show.

haha 'pit-face' hells yeah! My friend Giovanni and I were in the mosh pit so only a few feet from the stage. funny stories from the pit, there were these two girls up front that looked really out of place and asked us to stop windmilling because our hair was hitting them. So we just moved over and found two more oddly looking girls who were being rather obnoxious and I ended up hipchecking one of her friends to straighten them up. She skipped like a stone on water it was hilarious! …and this other girl took one look at gio and started grinding on his leg and we were both like wtf? Then out of nowhere this 6'5" train of a metal head just plows through the pit, takes one look at me (i'm 5'9" mkay?) and just pushes me down lol! I was in awe falling backwards in slow motion and gio caught me by the wrist, pulled me back up and we just start headbanging again. good times.

It seems like Chicago is the place. I think I should move there once Madison runs its course. ; p

haha, that's wicked man.ya get so many different types of fucker in the pit. there always seems to be some big wrecking ball that comes outa nowhere too. like people'll just be knocking eachother senseless, but there's always some big, round, giant burley fucker who just runs in and destroys. like ya just get the hell outa the way, you know?haha!
i've never gotten it to bad in the pit. knock on the head once and my favorite shirt got ripped in half few other little things. but man ya meet all sorts at these things. last time i was at the Rave i got to meet Anthrax it was pretty cool! it was during that short time when joey and frank and everyone were back in the band.i had em sign an old poster with alla em on it that i gave my boyfriend, and a judge dredd book that a few of em flipped through. bashed knuckles with DAn and he called me a tough chick, haha.i even had halfa one of charlie's drum sticks from another show.still dont know what happened to that. but oh i was a fuckin fan girl for sure.i fan girled all over the fuckin place. seen so many good shows there though. been to a few places in chicago too. man not fuckin bad! i really gotta find somewhere out here and a means to GET there.

but aw man, ya know ya had a wicked time at a show when ya wake up the next morning and you cant fuckin move. ya smell, ya look like a pile of the steamiest shit, and ya still cant quite hear straight. the hottest days of the summer dont make ya nearly as sweaty as these shows do, like you can walk out and righ yer shirt out and it'll look like ya just got shot with a fire hose. [ya hope it's mostly sweat anyways] ya cant fuckin see straight. that's the sign of a good fuckin show. aw man, i need a concert like a drink of water in the fuckin desert!

i would like to see Dethklok though!it's cool to see what's actually been done with this.like metal cant take itself so seriously all the time, you know?
also, cool too meet a fellow metal babe on DD!

HA! Good on you two! Looks like I've got some rivals ;)

Heh, the only real Soviet hat I own is a sailor's hat. I have a couple of Chinese made ushankas though, nice and fluffy, made out of rabbit fur. I put a Chinese star on one and a Soviet star on the other but you can't see either because of all the fur :(

This is me and Dave. For anyone that reads my comic, Dave's been in it, though not quite in this form. All things in time, of course.

Old photo from a concert Konstant Haze played…nothin big, but it was a BLAST

This one's a bit older, from when we had our original bass player

Ah, and my personal favorite…

Nice job. You can really see the difference in the last one. The secound to last you can't. Mainly cause suits have a habbit at making you look bigger. :D

Thanks! Yeah, I am swimming in that suit. It's even bigger on me now. I think it's about a 54. I must be about a 48 now.
