I think that sounds cool Ryu, but then again the only alien comic i've ever read is alien loves predator x] So i don't know what's original.

I'm really excited about all the projects I'm working on right now. They're all coming along exactly the way I want them to, and the fact that I'm actually getting paid for one of them doesn't hurt either.
Now if time could just stop for a while so I could actually do them all, that would be great.

Edit: Also, I have pins and needles in my fingers. It's really weird.

Haha. Well, I wasn't speaking in JUST comics. Just the media in general (not newspapers, mind you) But like, alien movies, video games, etc, etc.

Most notably, the Arbiter from Halo. He became a traitor to his kind.
Uh. Crap. I can't really think of any more. But it just seems like most alien stories deal with that. I'd rather do something maybe that deals with him working with his alien brethren, not in a war-like story either.

But I'm toning the 4 pages that have yet to be toned for the Prologue. It's really coming out well. The first few pages are meh, because my thumbnails sucked pretty hard. I put the panels TOO close together. But it still came out pretty well. It's no professional quality, mind you, but better than my usual.

And I may be getting slightly better with this posemaniacs thing. Even if it gives me the most impossible angle.
My problem next will be, learning how to draw people's faces without making it look like some sort of abomination.

Had a teef cleening today, even she grimaced really bad at that sore, god i wish it would go away i'm hungry >_< (even normal water stings it let alone food, but warm salt water calms it down)

I came up with a really neat idea for the werewolf comic, i was going to make a yaoi but i think it's too cool an idea to waste on an overpopulated genre, so i'll do something else with the pages already done.

so tired… had to cover 4 shifts for people who didn't show up for work, two of them didn't show up and I had a good 16 hours to look forward to… At least I have the day off today as a result…

*looks nervously at the phone*

at least I hope so… I'd disconnect the phone, but the office apparently has a device that tells them whether I've physically disconnected my line or not (or if the phone company has disconnected it).

I'm sorely tempted to apply for a firearms license so I can take a gun with me for self defense at work (concealed, of course), but I keep being told that they won't let me carry around the big handguns (Desert Eagle .50 Action Express I think it was)…

cousin keeps coming by asking if he can download hentai games onto my PC (his wife won't let him on anymore). Fat chance of that, especially after the last time; found my PC so full of viruses that I had to reformat the thing. maybe it's best if I don't ask what it was he tried to download.

oh, great… another small earthquake. while it's not like the big one we had a long while back (knocked out our power for over 2 months), the things still make me nervous…

and I'm still tempted to sneak into Australia and mine that famous Lasseter's Reef to see if there's really any gold in there. If there is, I'll make sure it stays secret. hehehehe….

*falls asleep on his keyboard surrounded by a lot of coffee cups*

For my anniversary, me and the wife went grocery shopping. then i made dinner plans…10 minutes before we left, we let the dogs out, not knowing that the gate was open. the husky saw that, and bolted. it was hard chasing her down, but she ran right to my wife. jerk.

then i got dressed, and found out, that the waist on my taylored suit was too big. and i felt happy. then panicked, because i didnt think i had a belt. but i did. there was an accident downtown, but was able to bypass it. the meal was great…however, that one meal, cost as much as our 2 weeks of groceries we just bought… :( that's what i get for trying to be fancy. *edit* that didnt include tip.

i'm still in my suit, but not for long.

I'm spending too much time with this Wacom. Last night my wife said "you're not on the computer!", but she said it with the same tone of voice you would use for "you've been replaced by an alien pod person and your head's on fire!".

It's a constructive use of your time!
Better than internet porn. Or worse… GAMES. T_T
Or porn games!

Actually, normal games are a worse drain on your time.

Crap I have a horrible headache. -_-
At least I finally have that page of Pinky TA updated, WOOT!
And I've got tomorrow's feature ready. Cool.

Good night lovely DD people, I'm going to bed.

I think I'm enjoying my family being away way more than I should. :P
It is nice to be alone sometimes, though. Just me and the cat. :)

…Oh geez, I think I just foresaw my future.

I'll take your word for it - I actually come from the generation before video games. We had no video games, no internet and no mobile phones. We actually had to go outside and see people, then all go off to do stuff. And they call 'em the good old days - can you imagine!

Just me and the cat. …Oh geez, I think I just foresaw my future.

god dammit… I'm working as a postman now and there are two post routes in town, one is long and easy and the other one is short and hard. I hate this one house on the second route, cause really wild dogs live there and always when I pass the window on my way to the post box, one dog jumps on the window barking.
That would be perfectly alright imo if it wasn't for the fact that the window is cracked :S

Oh and also, my postman policy/insurance does not cover 'attacks by animals' 0.o

Migraines, as a whole, suck.

Migraines while at work, suck worse.

Migraines while at work to the degree of having tunnel vision, searing pain due to light and/or noises, and a feeling of nausea suck horribly.

Migraines that last 3 days while you're out of medicine and funds to purchase MORE medicine is probably listed on Satan's list of ways to torture the denizens of a few different layers of Hell.

I hate internet cafes. Right now, at least. I just don't feel like spending time f*ckin' around on the internet in a public venue. Plus I've been chasin' jobs all morning, and runnin' errands and crap.

Miss y'all. :(

Miss you too!

So, the new girl, yet again, decided to be a lying…er…don't want to say it. Long story short, I don't like her at all anymore. Even as a friend. She couldn't tell me the truth from the beginning.
I thought something was fishy…and I knew it wasn't Custard Trout ;)

Just got back from my run, incredibly tired. But managed to pull two short sprints along the way, when I usually don't.

AND, finished toning the Prologue today.

Go me!

Good thing I have great friends like you all on DD, and my big sis Carly! (not really my big sister, but she's like it)

Well, I'm back! The drive up was a bit scary, there were a lot of those really short but really fierce rainstorms. Driving 70 on the M6 and suddenly the sky opens up and no one on the road can see because their wipers can't go fast enough…

Anyway I could have done with another day up there, the weather was perfect (cool and overcast, not raining) it was relaxing and there was lots of stuff to see. Unfortunately I have to be in at work for a stupid all-day thing tomorrow that will be boring. The b&b was no good though, it was far too noisy and small for the price, so I'd have been annoyed to stay there another night. If I go up to Yorkshire again I think I'll stay inland, the ocean doesn't do much for me and inland is where most of the interesting stuff was.

There is a growing possibility one of the girl's room toilets at the school I clean is haunted. "Sovereign Hearts Faith, Father Carmichael speaking, how can I direct your call this glorious day?"

"Well… do you have any exorcists handy, preferably with a background in plumbing? See, the loo is possessed, so I- huh? Hello? Anyone? Hello?"

i just got back from transformers. and i had to see it, because it was soo horrible. and complaining about the transformer innaccuracies has been over done. so i'm going to list the military inaccuracies. you can look them up for yourself, or ask me in a PM.
1. AWACS. fucking awacs. i mean seriously?
2. predator. with afterburner. seriously?
3. CMSgt. Epps. seriously?
4. the dude who claims to be in charge of the military operation. why would the president do that? instead of send, you know, the Secretary of the DoD?

seriously? seriously.

One of these days I really ought to develop a workspace and a work-style that does not involve being unable to work due to rain. It's supposed to rain for the next week and a half. I can already tell I'm going to be slightly stir-crazy by the end of it all.

Which Persona? I'm playing through 4 right now and it's really good. Great psychological elements to it as it probes each character's greatest insecurities.

*Sigh* Looks like I'm gonna be a hobo this summer. No job offering here in Trenton. NONE.

I have a stinkin' G1 license so I can't go on the bloody highways. There's work to be found down in Brighton, but because of this stinkin' G1 I'm confined to Trenton. Curse the Canadian Government! Friggin' Demmies. And on top of all that my car's now dead. Got the piece of junk ten days ago. I should not have trusted the mustache of the dealer… I guess I'll be biking everywhere this summer.

On the bright-side, I can have a lazy summer. Finally.

Kinda off-topic, this swiss-cheese and butter sandwich that I am eating right now tastes as if created by God himself. I don't think I've ever encoutered such a specimen.

Back from work, but now I have to go cover another shift in 2 hours. What in the heck are my coworkers doing?!? While the extra pay is nice, it's not doing wonders for my health. With enough stress either I'll end up falling asleep on the job or my blood pressure will go through the roof (and the Department of Labor will be knocking on my bosses door… I hope). Too bad I can't just take a 30 minute nap; I'd wake up too late. X_X
