Lately i've been giving serious thought to getting a job and moving out. I'm a little scared of getting a job though, so many chances to fuck everything up with my hearing problem. @_@

Hey there's a lady at my local Starbucks who is deaf in both ears, and she is the best barista I've ever seen. Always gets orders right and is the most cheerful and friendly person. …So if she can do it, I'm sure you can! :)

I finally got the guts to tell my parents how I feel about them. No more bottling up feelings and covering them up with lies to make them feel better. Took me 32 years to be honest with them, so it was a great weight off my shoulders. …Now to prepare for the imminent backlash…

Wat the hell tuesdays :gem:

1)these two doofuses with annoying voices randomly start talking but never long enough for me to say stfu (we're in the quiet study area, no talking allowed)

2) i got a rapidshare account but forgot how fucking slow the dl speeds on it are (damnit why does the worst Ddl site have the best files)

3)i'd have ditched classes today on account of not feeling well but i have a paper due and can only turn it in today.

Great one of the doofuses is mistaking my =_= looks and exasperated sighs as romantic interest, jesus h. christ.

So I just sold a T-Shirt on Zazzle.com. It surprised me because I didn't actually think anybody bought stuff from there. It wasn't webcomic related, it was just a design I threw up there for the hell of it. The design is below.

I'm in a pretty bad state right now.

Heh, emotions are a pretty crap thing. Worst things in the world… I hate those sorts of feelings, its much, much worse when you're really attracted to someone- and it doesn't matter whether it's online or not, you have all those stupid upswings, euphoria etc and then the plummeting down-swings… Hints and non-hints and interpretations of things are magnified out of all proportion and given enormous weight. Petty jealousies are created from nothing, hopes hinge on virtually non-existent signals and ideas…

The emotions of sexual attraction are really, really crap. -_-

-I'd pull off the sign and then push the stupid thing into somewhere where whoever put it there wouldn't be able to find it. Then I'd put the sign on something else or just chuck it in the bin :)

Or leave it, but under "alien planet" I'd put "(Planet of the Morons)".

that has got to be the single best sign, EVER. unless it's made with construction paper. if it's like an actual hard sign, it's awesomest.

I have 53$ in my project wonderful account for just letting it sit there, this is awesome since i've been wanting extra money for comics and i earned back all the money i had spent on ads before plus extra.

One of my coworkers was killed in afghanistan last week. it makes me sad. but not to tears. he knew the risk. and volunteered. I'm not going to tell my wife, cause 1. she didn't know him, and 2. She doesnt react well to news like that in refrence to my job.

in other news, i like swimming, and the move is going along swimmingly. i have more stuff to do.

Light rain means it'll be raining wet photons. I believe lava protection suit would be more appropriate than a simple umbrella.

Blargh… I had a whole bunch of people lined up who promised to buy my book once it's out. I warned them about the price to which they said "oh, 20$ is not that bad, I'll pick it up"

Well….

…so far I sold nearly one* copy. Bunch of people dropped offline and I haven't had contact with them in the last few months, a few lost their jobs, another few can't afford a book now due to bills (funny, I seem to have the same problem) and few more won't be able to buy it due to christmas shopping. And then there's a group that can't buy it cause they don't have paypal yet (or anymore). Argh.

I was hoping to sell some and perhaps put the money into advertising somewhere and hopefully sell more. No such luck.

Ew, some guy just posted a really negative comment on a video I made of my friends and I bowling. Naturally I removed it, but not before checking his channel and seeing he was 36 years old with three videos of him doing shitty punk rock guitar covers. I guess being a waste of carbon empowers him somehow. I'd pick a fight with him, but I don't want the comment to upset my friends. I'm used to that kinda thing with my Internet experience, but they'd probably get really pissed off. Don't feed the trolls!

It's probably one of my ex's pothead friends anyway. -_-;
